Be Well: A Kalahari Wellness Program
Wellness is a process. A living, breathing, ever-changing construct that means different things to different people. And while it’s individually unique, it’s universally important. That’s why, at Kalahari, we want everyone who walks through our doors to Be Well. Guests AND associates. Associates who have given so much to our business, who have worked hard everyday to make sure Kalahari is one of America’s premier resort destinations. Your wellness equals our wellness and in order to prove that we’re rolling out a new program that’s immediately available to all associates. Whether it’s financially, mentally, physically or in your career we’re committed to making you, our family, feel valued and healthy.
We can’t be Kalahari without you, so Be Well.
Be Well is…
Our holistic approach to employee wellness that seeks to foster a workplace culture that supports all members of the Kalahari family by providing resources and programs to promote growth mentally, physically, financially, in our personal lives and in our careers.
Your Wellness is essential. Recently, we’ve all seen how critical health and wellness is in our own lives. In order to feel happy and fulfilled we need to feel healthy in various areas.
We’re committed to helping you all achieve that level of satisfaction.
